NAME:
Freyberg Ave was named after the former Governor General of New Zealand, Lt-Col Sir Bernard Freyberg (1889-1963).
DESCRIPTION:
Freyberg St is a cul de sac that runs off Kiwitea St.
On the north side, numbers run from 1 to 11: these properties back onto the southern side of Freyberg Park. On the south side, numbers run from 2 to 12.
