NAME:
McDonald St was named after Elizabeth McDonald, nee Shaw (1846-1921), and her husband Alexander McDonald (1840-1917), who subdivided the land. Elizabeth was the daughter of local landowner Elihu Shaw.
DESCRIPTION:
McDonald St runs north from the end of Ethel St, then turns west at the Altham Ave intersection and terminates at Morningside Dr.
On the east and north side of the road lie numbers 1 to 23. On the west and south side lie numbers 2 to 20.
