Paice Ave was “named after the landowner and subdivider James and Charles Paice (1885)” (Auckland Libraries, n.d.).

DESCRIPTION:

The western end of Paice Ave is in Mt Albert, from #45/#46.

Paice Ave runs east from Sandringham Rd.

King Edward St bisects Paice Ave.

On the north side lies number 1. On the east side lie numbers 45 to 91. On the south side lie numbers 46 to 88.
